Candidates go through an evaluation stage for their resumes and application forms. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates are assessed using a competency-based interview tool. This process is meticulously carried out to determine alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. When candidates successfully complete the interview, a job offer is extended. The offer includes the job's requirements, salary, and other details, and once the candidate accepts it, the recruitment process is completed.
