From Yesterday to Today: Işıksoy R&D Center
Founded in 1954, Işıksoy Tekstil A.Ş. is a company engaged in various fields such as weaving, dyeing, finishing, rotation & digital printing, and yarn production.
Since its establishment, Işıksoy has continued its research and development efforts, earning R&D Center certification from the Ministry of Industry and Technology in June 2015, becoming the second R&D center in Bursa's textile sector. The Işıksoy R&D Center comprises a total of 456 m², including 276 m² of office space and a 180 m² laboratory. The laboratories within the R&D center consist of three sections: R&D laboratories, a physics laboratory, and a chemistry laboratory.
To maintain our presence in the industry with advancing technology, we follow market competition through our R&D Center. At the core of the Işıksoy R&D Center is "Innovation," aimed at meeting the industry's needs with functional products. We focus on creating sustainable, environmentally friendly special products that add value for all our stakeholders, starting with our customers, while leveraging our strong knowledge and expertise to develop new products and business areas. We base our sustainable product and management approach on circular economy and green chemistry, planning our product and process designs accordingly.
Together with our R&D team, we continuously improve our processes and closely monitor scientific developments in Turkey and worldwide. Our projects and R&D collaborations with leading universities and research centers enhance our market share day by day through customer-oriented, innovative, and value-added products.
