Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Within the IŞIKSOY R&D Center organization, a Patent Unit has been established to protect Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) such as trademarks, patents, utility models, and industrial designs, as well as to follow legal procedures. IPR applications are conducted in accordance with the Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Since 2015, Işıksoy has registered 2 trademarks, 7 patents, and 2 utility models, and has made a total of 31 applications between 2015 and 2023. Each year, the number of patent and utility model applications increases as a result of the projects we work on.
