Our Suggestion System is established assuming the philosophy saying: “The one, who makes his/her job best, knows”, and applied by means of the contributions of both blue- and white-collar workers of all related levels of our company. This system is a structure that evaluates creative ideas, and that, by implementing it, stimulates an innovation that provides the organization’s continuous improvement. In parallel to the teamwork done, the promotion also of the individual activities allows for the implementation of the employees’ ideas, and thus provides that their motivation increases, and that their allegiance becomes higher. Furthermore, innovative ideas that are open to be developed within the scope of the Suggestion System form the basis for projects to be realised by our R&D Centre.
