All training and development needs are defined within the scope of the individual performance and the competence evaluation results, respectively, and according to the related job’s requirements, all these by following the company’s corporate culture and its strategies, as well as its Human Resources policy. All trainings start with an orientation process, and continue with various trainings on personal development, knowledge and skills, as well as on performance development. Our company’s training activities are split into in-house and external trainings. All in-house trainings start with chosing the in-house trainers, and are structured according to these trainers’ characteristics and technical knowledge. All external trainings are including training programmes that are performed together with independent consultancy companies.
